Work With Me
Naturopathic care isn't about handing you a generic meal plan, recommending ten supplements and sending you on your way.
The aim is to understand you - your history, symptoms, pathology, lifestyle, stress, goals, capacity and the bigger picture those things create together.
Treatment may incorporate nutritional medicine, herbal medicine, dietary strategies, lifestyle medicine, supplementation, conventional pathology or functional testing.
And because we are inconveniently dynamic creatures, your plan can change as you do.
Offerings
Free Discovery Call
$ Free
10 Minutes
Not quite sure whether naturopathy is right for you?
A discovery call is a short, obligation-free conversation where you can tell me what you're looking for, ask questions about how I work and find out whether Sol is the right fit.
This isn't a mini consultation and I won't be providing clinical advice or a treatment plan during the call — but I can help you work out your next step.
Initial Consultation
In Person or Telehealth — $222
Students + Emergency Services — $200
60–90 minutes
An Initial Consultation is required for all new clients.
This is where we zoom all the way out before deciding where to zoom back in.
We'll explore your main health concerns and goals, but we may also discuss:
Medical and family history
Current medications and supplements
Previous pathology or investigations
Diet and appetite
Digestion and bowel habits
Sleep
Stress and mental wellbeing
Energy
Movement and exercise
Hormonal and menstrual health
Sexual and reproductive health where relevant
Environment and lifestyle
Previous treatments and what has or hasn't worked
You are welcome to bring recent pathology, imaging, medication lists or anything else you think may be useful.
From there, we'll identify our priorities and determine whether further testing is warranted.
Extended Follow-Up Consultation
In Person or Telehealth — $177
Students + Emergency Services — $155
45–50 minutes
Extended reviews allow more time to explore your progress in greater depth, particularly when there are multiple areas to address, new concerns have emerged, or your treatment plan requires more comprehensive changes.
Your extended review may include:
A detailed review of symptoms and progress
Reviewing pathology or functional test results
Adjusting herbal or nutritional prescriptions
Refining diet and lifestyle strategies
Exploring new or more complex concerns
Reviewing multiple areas of health at once
Planning the next phase of treatment in greater detail
An extended review may be recommended when a standard follow-up simply won’t provide enough time to properly cover everything.
Not every appointment needs to be this long. We’ll choose the consultation length that best suits what needs to be addressed at that point in your treatment.
Follow-Up Consultation
In Person or Telehealth — $122
Students + Emergency Services — $100
25-30 minutes
Follow-ups are where treatment becomes truly individualised.
We'll assess what's changed, what's improved and what needs adjusting.
Your follow-up may include:
Reviewing symptoms and progress
Reviewing pathology or functional test results
Adjusting herbal or nutritional prescriptions
Refining diet and lifestyle strategies
Addressing new concerns
Planning the next phase of treatment
The frequency of follow-ups varies.
Some people benefit from relatively close support in the beginning. Others require more space between appointments. We'll decide together based on your presentation rather than locking you into an endless calendar of appointments for the sake of it.
Acute Consultation
In Person or Telehealth — $55
Students + Emergency Services — $44
10-15 minutes
For existing clients who need a quick bit of support between regular appointments.
An Acute Consultation may be appropriate for:
Cold and flu support
Short-term immune support
A simple question about your existing treatment
Minor prescription adjustments
A new, straightforward acute concern
It isn't designed for new clients, complex new presentations, detailed pathology interpretation or concerns requiring a full reassessment.
If it becomes clear we need more time, I'll recommend booking a standard follow-up instead.
Home Consultations
Feeling more comfortable in your own space?
Or did you consider getting yourself and multiple children dressed, fed and into the car at the same time and immediately decide healthcare could wait?
I get it.
Home consultations may be available for people located within approximately 20 km of my consulting area.
Please contact me before booking, as availability and suitability will depend on location.
Functional + Conventional Testing
Test, don't guess — but also don't test everything just because we can.
Testing can be enormously useful when it answers a specific clinical question.
It can also become expensive very quickly if we're ordering panels without knowing what we plan to do with the information.
At Sol, testing is used thoughtfully.
Before recommending a test, I consider:
What are we looking for?
Will this test give us reliable, useful information?
Will the result change what we do?
Is there a simpler or more appropriate test to start with?
Sometimes standard blood pathology tells us exactly what we need to know.
Sometimes a more specialised investigation may help us understand something conventional testing hasn't fully explained.
